The Opportunity:

As a New Business Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of creating client relationships with compelling communication that builds brand awareness and preference for Heritage within targeted audience groups. You’ll play a pivotal role in executing our mission: “Creating and delivering inspiring workspaces everywhere work happens.” Success will come from listening, collaborating, and delivering exceptional experiences.

In This Role You Will:

  • Identify and attend networking opportunities to drive brand awareness in the marketplace.
  • Create new relationships and build on strategic existing ones.
  • Hunt new opportunities to develop mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Assess your customers’ needs and understand their vision to provide solutions that create great workplaces for their employees.
  • Ensure your customers are aware of the breadth of Heritage’s capabilities, services, and skillsets.
  • Define and meet annual and monthly sales forecasts and complete all sales objectives set by our sales leadership.

What You Bring:

  • Authenticity & Confidence
  • Consultative selling experience
  • Deep understanding of commercial real estate and/or design
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (desired)
  • Exceptional communication skills, especially listening
  • Competitive spirit without sacrificing integrity
  • Strong work ethic with a sense of humor and fun

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work flexible hours
