The Opportunity:

  • Complete tender and RFP responses, including writing, formatting, and response management.
  • Manage and communicate incoming leads to stakeholders.
  • Assist with architectural and design relationship management, including requests for information.
  • Complete daily review and assessment of third-party lead tools (BC Bid, Merx) communicating to affected parties.
  • Complete pre-qualification requests from clients and third-party platforms.
  • Create client proposals and presentations.
  • Assist the Marketing Department with continuing education and product updates. Organize the showroom and assist with company events.
  • Prepare graphic design for flyers and business cards.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional and branded materials.
  • General duties and cross-training opportunities as defined by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Grade 12 education.
  • Computer literate in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, including ability to proofread and edit material.
  • Experience in customer service or office settings is an asset.
  • Previous RFP and tender experience are an asset.
  • Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, working towards common goals and objectives.
  • Flexibility to work overtime to meet proposal deadlines, as required.
  • Completion of a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field an asset.
  • Compensation: Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
